My chair is your safe space to exhale, laugh, and watch your vision come to life. Clients sit down as guests and float out as friends — glowing, radiant, and full of confidence! If your dream hair has been living in your head, I would love to bring your vision into reality. Consultation is required before any color, chemical, or extension service. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us and are especially reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. ***** 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ***** Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments will be confirmed 72 hours in advanced because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. • Less than 48 hour notice or "NO SHOWS" will result in a charge equal to 10% of the reserved service amount. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our guests on the waiting list of any availability, as well as maintain consistency in our schedule to better serve our amazing clients. These policies are presented in order to uphold the best quality of service for our established and future clientele.
